Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a reputable business based in North Sheffield, who are looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Processing high volumes of purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely postingMatching, batching, and coding invoicesReconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepanciesManaging supplier queries in a professional and timely mannerPreparing payment runs in line with company proceduresMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the purchase ledgerKey Requirements:Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable roleExperience using Sage is desirableStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsConfident communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft ExcelWhat''s on Offer:Salary up to £28,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysFree parkingPrivate medical insuranceIf you are an experience Purchase Ledger Clerk, looking to take the next step in your career, we would be keen to hear from you.
