to support pupils with

SEMH

needs and highly challenging behaviours. If you''re passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and have experience in supporting those with additional behavioural needs, we’d love to hear from you.While school-based experience is not essential, having experience in similar environments such as youth work, care settings, or sports coaching will be an advantage. Past experience working with students facing challenging behaviours is highly desirable.Full timeThe successful applicant will:Stay calm under pressure and manage difficult situations with sensitivityThink creatively in addressing the needs of pupils with complex behavioursShow compassion and empathy for each student’s individual circumstancesInspire and support students with a positive and encouraging attitudeWork closely with colleagues and parents to foster positive behavioural changesTake initiative in adapting to the unique communication and learning needs of studentsThe school offers:A supportive and enriching environmentA curriculum designed to meet the needs of all studentsOpportunities for personal development and leadershipA strong focus on staff wellbeing and career growthGreat transport linksApplicants will be required to provide satisfactory references and have an up-to-date DBS or be willing to apply for one through Protocol Education.If you’re experienced in working with students with

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
