Setting the tone for the shift - modelling the energy, warmth, and professionalism you expect from the teamaround you. Delivering and overseeing high-quality personal care: washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Administering and recording medications in accordance with company policy and CQC standards (wherecompetency-assessed). Completing, reviewing, and updating care plans and risk assessments using our PCS care system, ensuringaccuracy and clinical relevance. Spot-checking your team''s documentation and coaching improvement - not just completing your ownrecords. Supporting residents with nutrition and mealtimes - ensuring these are social, dignified occasions, notrushed routines.
