Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own varied caseload of Employment matters, including complex and high-value claims. Advising and representing clients on a broad range of respondent Employment issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing. Working within an insurance-backed litigation environment, advising on policy coverage and supporting insurers with claims handling. Delivering commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice to business clients across a range of sectors. Assisting colleagues on complex matters and collaborating across the wider business. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who can demonstrate a minimum of 6 years'' PQE in Employment law with strong experience managing a varied and complex respondent Employment caseload.
