Your New CompanyA leading organisation within the Lloyd''s market is looking for an experienced Senior Claims Advocate to join its specialist property claims team. Your New Role As a Senior Claims Advocate, you will take responsibility for managing complex, high-value property claims from start to finish. Acting as a strategic partner to clients, you will provide expert guidance, negotiate settlements, and deliver exceptional advocacy services. The role involves preparing and presenting claims information, monitoring insurer agreements and payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and insurers. You will also liaise with internal teams to provide claims data for renewals, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and stay informed on market developments. What You''ll Need to Succeed To succeed in this role, you will have strong technical knowledge of property claims within the Lloyd''s or London market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You should be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. Professional qualifications such as Dip CII or ACII are highly desirable, along with a minimum of five years'' experience handling claims within a broker, insurer, or related environment.
