This is a varied role within our Service and Parts departments, supporting customers both face-to-face and over the telephone. Unlike traditional Aftersales positions, you''ll work across both Service Advisory and Parts Advisory activities, helping provide a seamless experience for customers while supporting the wider Aftersales team wherever resource is most needed. This role would suit someone who enjoys customer interaction, has strong organisational skills, and is looking to build a broad understanding of dealership aftersales operations. What You''ll Do Welcome Service and Parts customers and provide a professional first point of contact Book vehicles into the workshop and support customers throughout the servicing and repair process Provide updates on work in progress and arrange vehicle collection appointments Liaise with Technicians, Workshop Control, Parts and Service colleagues to support efficient vehicle turnaround Assist with parts enquiries, quotations, invoicing and customer orders Support goods-in processes, checking deliveries against invoices and delivery notes where required ..... full job details .....
