About the Job: We are recruiting for a Property Coordinator to join a reputable organisation supporting vulnerable individuals across Southend-on-sea. This hands-on role involves carrying out scheduled property inspections, compliance testing (including PAT, fire safety, and Legionella), light repairs, and facilities support across a portfolio of owned and leased buildings, including transitional housing and community centres.
