Our client, based in Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a Carpenter to work on void properties for a minimum of the next six months. The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience working on domestic properties, and be comfortable working with UPVC. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Installing kitchens within void properties Carrying out reactive maintenance on void properties Hanging doors and fitting skirting Fitting and repairing UPVC windows and doors Installing fencing and fence posts Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Ideally have experience with UPVC. Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
