This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to make a significant impact in ensuring efficient transport operations. Day-to-day of the role: Support the operation of passenger transport services during peak periods, acting as a key point of contact for service users, transport providers, and internal stakeholders. Respond to routine enquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary. Assist with the coordination of transport for organisational events and activities, maintaining signage, notices, and operational information. Manage lost property and liaise with support personnel to address operational concerns. Maintain accurate transport records, process enquiries, and support booking requests across the organisation. Coordinate vehicle bookings, arrange servicing, MOTs, and maintain vehicle documentation. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, maintain driver records, and prepare documentation for audits. Process transport-related invoices, maintain expenditure records, and assist with financial reporting.
