The Quality Manager will lead and continually improve the quality management systems and processes, ensuring all manufacturing tasks are carried out to the requirements, regulations and safety protocols of the customer.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other quality processes.Plan and manage internal and external audits and assessments.Manage and mentor the quality team.Create, maintain and develop quality KPIs, reports and performance reviews.Ensure key standards are reviewed, measured and kept to consistently. Other responsibilities and duties may be required.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideally, 5+ years'' experience in a senior quality role within a manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship in a relevant engineering/manufacturing subject.Understanding of the principles of ISO and other quality management standards.Ability to oversee and manage multiple avenues of colleagues.Able to plan their own diary and work to strict timelines.
