Build by Sets Ltd-is a fast-growing building company specialising in high-end residential projects around the Bruton area of Somerset. We build high quality properties and provide our clients with market-leading customer experience.

Due to a rapidly increasing workload,-we are looking to engage an experienced Quantity Surveyor on a full-time basis.-

The Role-includes working closely with the directors and site teams - you will lead the commercial management of bespoke, high-quality construction projects from tender through to final account.

Key-Responsibilities-include

• Preparing-cost-plans,-budgets-and-estimates
• Tender analysis and subcontractor-procurement
• Valuations,-variations-and-cost-reporting
• Monitoring-project-costs-and-cash-flow
• Final-accounts-and-commercial-close-out
• Liaising-with-clients,-architects-and-subcontractors-as-required

About-You

• Proven-experience-as-a-Quantity-Surveyor-within-residential-construction
• Experience-with-high-end-or-bespoke-projects-vital-
• Strong-commercial-awareness-and-attention-to-detail
• Ability-to-work-independently-and-manage-your-own-workload
• Good-communication-and-negotiation-skills
• Based within-reasonable-distance-of Bruton,-Somerset
• Experience in-Pro-Core-construction-management-software
