They are currently recruiting for an associate or senior associate with 5+ years of qualified experience to join their high-performing property damage team in Manchester. This is a hybrid role and a very competitive salary and bonus is available and negotiable dependent on experience. Your new roleThis Property Damage role will see you: Handle a diverse caseload of property damage claims, including fire, flood, subsidence, and escape of water/oil.Advise insurer clients on complex product liability matters, including defective goods, manufacturing faults, and supply chain risks.Advise on policy coverage mattersProvide clear, strategic guidance on policy coverage issues across commercial and domestic insurance lines.Conduct liability investigations and quantum assessments, instructing experts where necessary.Represent clients in pre-action protocols, ADR processes, and court proceedings.Liaise directly with insurer clients, loss adjusters, and third-party solicitors to progress claims efficiently.Supervise and support junior team members, contributing to their development and quality assurance.Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with client SLAs and regulatory standards.Participate in client training, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.
