We are looking for a high-calibre Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant to join our KS2 team from September for the academic year.The RoleThis is a critical role supporting a small group of Year 1 children with trauma-related SEMH needs. We need a strong, resilient practitioner who can balance the academic demands of the KS2 National Curriculum with the high level of emotional regulation these pupils require.You will be a key figure in providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where "brave learning" can take place.Requirements and QualificationsWe are looking for a specialist.
