About Us:

We are a growing, forward-thinking children’s residential care organisation with homes across the Southwest, London, and a brand-new multi-home provision in Durham. Our mission is powerful and clear: to help children aged 7–17 rebuild trust, confidence, and hope.

We work with young people who have experienced loss, instability, or trauma. We don’t define them by their past — we support them to step into their potential. Using trauma-informed, PACE-based practice, we create warm, stable homes where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. This is meaningful work. This is change you can see happen.

Benefits & Perks:

At 360 CRS, we look after the people who look after others.

  • Frontline leadership support — you’ll never be left alone to figure it out
  • Employee Assistance Programme for emotional & wellbeing support
  • Your Birthday Off — every year, no questions asked
  • Generous Referral Bonus when you help brilliant people join the team
  • Wellness Allowance to support your physical & mental health
  • Extra Annual Leave increasing with service

The Role:

You’ll help make a house feel like a home — safe, nurturing, and full of possibility. Your days will include:

  • Being a positive, grounding influence for young people
  • Building meaningful relationships based on trust
  • Supporting emotional development, independence, routines, learning & community involvement
  • Championing safeguarding and positive practice
  • Working as part of a supportive, reflective team
  • You will be flexible with your working days to meet the needs of the home, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Who You Are:

If you’re ready to help young people grow, heal, and believe in themselves, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed.

Essential skills:

  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Willingness to work a varied rota (24-hour shifts).
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with children and young people with SEND or learning disabilities (LD).
  • Children's residential care experience.

Our Safeguarding Promise:

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. All roles require safer recruitment checks, enhanced DBS clearance, and ongoing safeguarding training.
