With 692 stylish and spacious bedrooms, unique dining spaces, and 13 meeting rooms, join an exciting and vibrant team to help deliver an excellent guest experience.What you''ll be doingAs Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales efforts across multiple hotels within the cluster. Working closely with the Cluster Sales Manager and the sales teams, you''ll ensure seamless coordination of sales activities and contribute to driving revenue growth.You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales opportunities, and helping the team to deliver exceptional service to both new and existing clients. Your organizational and communication skills will be essential in ensuring smooth operations between the hotels, Central Reservations, and the wider sales team, supporting the delivery of our revenue goals.Assisting the Sales Manager in coordinating sales activities across multiple hotelsSupporting the sales team in managing accounts, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clientsTracking sales leads, ensuring follow-up actions are taken in a timely and efficient mannerCoordinating communication and collaboration between the hotels and the Central Reservations team to optimize booking opportunitiesAssisting with the preparation of sales reports, market analysis, and tracking sales performanceHelping to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and promotional campaignsMaintaining up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity across the clusterWhat you''ll bringStrong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks across different propertiesExcellent communication skills to liaise effectively with the sales team, clients, and internal departmentsA customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationshipsProficiency in using sales and booking systems to track performance and generate reportsA proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the sales team in achieving their goalsPrevious experience in sales support or hospitality is a plusWhat you''ll get in returnAs well as all the things you''d expect from us, such as great staff areas to recharge in, wholesome meals on duty, pension and healthcare schemes, we''ll take care of you at every step of your journey so that you can take care of our guests.In fact, we''re so committed to this that our ‘People Promise'' sets out how you can expect us to support you at every step of your application and your career with us.
