CNC Setter Operator Location: Southend-on-SeaSalary: £30,000 £36,500 per annumHours: Monday Thursday, 8:00am 5:00pm Friday, 8:00am 1:00pm A world-leading aerospace component manufacturer is looking for a CNC Setter Operator Miller to join their team on a permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Milling professional with strong Mazak machining experience, who can confidently work from engineering drawings and manufacture high-quality, small-batch aerospace components to tight tolerances. The RoleAs a CNC Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating milling machinery and producing components accurately and efficiently to customer and engineering requirements. Duties: Setting and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture small-batch components from engineering drawingsWorking to tight tolerances and agreed production timescalesSetting a variety of machine tools for operators when requiredUsing a wide range of precision measuring equipment to inspect componentsEnsuring manufactured components are correctly protected and prepared for transitMentoring and supporting new members of staff where requiredCompleting all manufacturing paperwork accurately and correctlyMaintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping throughout the manufacturing process Skills and Experience Extensive Milling experience is essentialProven skills setting and operating CNC machinesAbility to read and interpret detailed engineering ..... full job details .....
