Key Responsibilities
* Collating and entering employees'' daily hours into spreadsheets.
* Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.

* Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and confidentially

Liase with clients to agree payroll costing/generate PO numbers

Skills

• Previous experience in payroll processing.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Timely resolution of employee payroll queries.
• Accurate payroll reporting and record keeping.

Woking Hours

Mon - Fri 7am - midday ( we can be flexible) 25 hrs per week -13.25 per hour
