Finance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for a highly regarded manufacturing business with a prestigious global shareholder base, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for financial control, reporting, commercial insight, and team leadership, supporting both strategic and operational decision-making.You will oversee the full finance function, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the business has robust financial processes, accurate reporting, and clear performance visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close and deliver accurate, timely financial reportingProduce insightful management accounts and performance analysisOwn budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planningDeliver Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reportingLead the annual statutory audit and manage external relationshipsManage capital expenditure appraisal and reportingStrengthen controls, processes, and UK GAAP complianceOversee tax reporting and submissionsLead, develop, and mentor the finance teamPartner with senior stakeholders to drive profitability and efficiencyAbout YouFully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA or equivalent)Proven finance leadership experience within manufacturingStrong background in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controlsExperience of standard costing, variance analysis, and capexProven track record leading audits and managing stakeholdersStrong systems ..... full job details .....
