The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and practical training across a range of plumbing programmes, supporting learners to achieve industry-recognised qualifications and progress into employment or further study. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in PlumbingTeach both theoretical knowledge and practical plumbing skillsAssess learner work and provide constructive feedbackMonitor and support learner progress, attendance, and achievementMaintain accurate records in line with awarding body and quality requirementsEnsure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, and quality standardsContribute to curriculum development and continuous improvementAct as a course tutor where required, providing academic and pastoral supportEssential RequirementsExperience teaching or training in an educational setting (e.g. FE college, training provider, apprenticeships)Significant industry experience in PlumbingA recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one, such as:PGCE or Cert EdLevel 5 Diploma in Education and Training (DET)Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)Relevant industry qualifications, ..... full job details .....
