About the Role:

• Design and deliver dynamic, differentiated lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
• Adapt instructional approaches to maximize accessibility, participation, and student engagement
• Establish a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes positive learning outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with SENCOs, support staff, and families to support holistic student development
• Empower students to build confidence and independence through innovative, student-centered teaching strategies

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience supporting students with SEND
• Effective classroom management and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Flexible, proactive teaching style tailored to meet diverse learner needs
• Committed to designing engaging, impactful learning experiences
• Highly organised with a strong dedication to fostering student growth and achievement
