Role: Head of Finance. Location: Bolton. Salary: Between £80,000 and £95,000 + benefits.Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a growing SME manufacturing/distribution business in their search for a Head of Finance to work out of their offices just outside Bolton.Responsibilities

Responsibility for month-end closeManage the financial reporting processCashflow managementVariance analysis and reporting on trendsKPI ReportingStatutory accounts productionLead on complianceLead in the development and improvement of processes, controls and systemsManagement of the finance teamQualifications

ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualifiedStrong technical accounting backgroundAdvanced Excel skillsHands on and able to get into the detail of an organisationExcellent staff management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workloadsAbility to meet tight deadlinesAdditional information
