Centre Manager

ATS Euromaster has an excellent opportunity for a Centre Manager to lead our team in Cirencester.The Opportunity
You’ll engage, develop and manage the performance of the team. In addition, you will be accountable for the point of sale (POS) budget, achievement of KPI’s and objectives in order to maximise sales and enhance profitability.You will have a proven track record in a similar role, be an open and friendly leader with outstanding levels of communication and customer focus.Responsibilities
The management, development and performance of your team, leading them in the delivery of excellent service to our customersAchieving agreed performance measures and objectives, maximise sales opportunities and growth of the POSBe accountable for the implementation of our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health and Safety across all POS activitiesDelivering the required technical aspects of the role, where required, which could include the fitment of Tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and servicesCreating a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all, and where individual differences and the contributions of all staff are recognised and valuesUse your current skills and knowledge and drive your career forward with Michelin’s biggest brand.Requirements
Demonstrable experience in a managerial role within a similar industry, delivering excellent customer service and managing othersMechanical experience is desirableStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivateFull UK Driving LicenceBenefits and Perks as a Centre Manager
