Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant 

Start Date: April 2026 or Immediate

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only

Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly

Job Description:

We are working with a  School in Northampton who are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young learners with additional needs. The school provides a nurturing early years environment.

You will support pupils through play-based learning, early development activities and structured support tailored to individual needs.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in EYFS and/or SEND

• Caring and patient approach

• Two recent and relevant references

• Right to work in the UK
