We’re on the lookout for a skilled Laser Setter Operator to join a fast-paced, quality-focused production team. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and have a passion for precision engineering, we want to hear from you!
 
What You’ll Do:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, etc.)
- Interpret technical drawings and job specifications
- Select materials and adjust machine settings for optimal output
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
- Monitor quality and make real-time adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet tight deadlines

 
What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience operating and setting laser cutting machinery
- Solid understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility to work shifts/overtime as required
- Forklift or overhead crane license
