We are looking for an experienced-Off-Plan Sales Consultant-to join our small, dynamic team based in Central Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell off-plan luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on high-value transactions

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in the luxury market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Experience with international clients is a plus
