As Sous Chef, youll be in charge of leading the kitchen during service, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation, and helping us push forward with exciting, seasonal specials. Youll be trusted to take ownership of your shifts, working alongside a supportive head chef in a fast-paced but fair environment.The Hours:Week 1: MondayFridayWeek 2: WednesdaySundayEarly shifts more frequent than late shifts1 Weekend On, 1 Weekend Off.
