Private Client Solicitor - Locum Location: Essex (office-based, hybrid or remote depending on the firm) Rate: Competitive hourly rate Job Type: Locum We are working with a number of reputable firms across Essex seeking experienced Locum Private Client Solicitors to support their teams on a short- to medium-term basis. The Role As a Locum Solicitor, you will hit the ground running with a broad caseload of private client matters, including: Drafting and advising on Wills Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Trusts and inheritance tax planning Court of Protection work You''ll be supported by friendly teams and competent support staff, though you''ll be expected to work with minimal supervision.
