This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and making a tangible difference within a multi-site organisation. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support across a broad range of employee relations and people matters. You will help leaders navigate HR challenges with confidence, ensuring a consistent, fair and people-focused approach. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You''ll utilise your HR expertise, sound judgement and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions that support both organisational objectives and employee wellbeing.
