OVERVIEW:
•The appointed conveyancing assistant will provide direct support to a solicitor within the conveyancing department
•You will support the progression of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion
•Communicating and coordinating with clients, real estate agents, and mortgage lenders
•The firm is seeking an experienced conveyancing assistant with an in depth understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
•You will have exceptional communication and organisational skills
•After completing the qualifying period, the successful candidate will receive support from the firm to obtain a CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) qualification
