A leading MSP in South Yorkshire is looking for a First Line IT Support Technician to join its busy helpdesk team.

This position is designed for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and learning about business technology.

No extensive technical experience is required, as full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Support

• Taking support calls and responding to emails.
• Assisting users with common IT issues.
• Logging and managing support tickets.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Technical Support

• Password resets and account administration.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Assisting with device setup and configuration.
• Escalating complex issues to senior engineers.

Administration

• Updating support records.
• Maintaining customer documentation.
• Following service procedures and SLAs.
