This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 years'' experience in a Credit and AR function who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily cash allocation and accurate posting of customer receiptsManaging customer queries, resolving discrepancies promptly and professionallyIssuing and managing sales invoices and copy invoicesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date customer accountsReconciling accounts and investigating variancesSupporting month-end AR processes and reportingLiaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely resolution of issuesKey RequirementsMinimum 2 years'' experience in an Accounts Receivable or BillingsStrong understanding of cash allocation, invoicing, and query managementExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communication skills, both written and verbalGood working knowledge of Excel and accounting systemsFull UK driving licence with access to own vehicle is ..... full job details .....
