Senior Insolvency AssociateLocation: Sutton, SurreyAbout the Role: Join a flexible team of licensed Insolvency Practitioners in our Corporate Recovery and Insolvency Division. We promote a rescue culture, encouraging early advice for those facing financial difficulties. Our team comprises both qualified and non-qualified professionals, working together to achieve the best outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure.Maintain accurate case files in compliance with statutory requirements.Prepare reports for creditors and attend meetings.Handle statutory reporting and instruct other professionals as needed.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, directors, solicitors, and other professionals.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 3 years experience as a case administrator.Experience in managing varied case loads in insolvency/restructuring.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.Proficiency in MS Office applications and a sound working knowledge of IPS.A levels (grades A-C) required; CPI qualifications are desirable but not essential.It would be helpful if applicants live reasonably close to Sutton.This is a permanent position working 4 days per week only, with one of those working from home.If you have any questions please don not hesitate to contact Ricky on (phone number removed)Please note that no terminology ..... full job details .....
