Senior Project Manager
to join a dynamic and well-established business operating across the
commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public sectors .We’re hiring on behalf of our client – an award-winning design, build, and maintenance company – to bring on a hands-on, solutions-focused professional to manage and deliver major fit-out and construction projects across the UK, Channel Islands, and beyond.This role requires someone with a strong track record of running
large-scale commercial construction projects , ideally with experience in the
hospitality sector . You’ll be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple high-value projects, managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure the smooth completion of each scheme.Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects from inception to completionManage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and labour in line with project requirementsProduce detailed project programmes, site reports, and meeting minutesAttend and lead client and contract meetingsTrack and control project costs in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying teamMonitor health and safety from pre-start through to handoverEnsure compliance with HandS regulations and company standards across all sitesLead on snagging, handovers, and final close-outDrive commercial awareness and quality control throughout the buildCommunicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement and innovation across project deliveryWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM delivering commercial or hospitality projectsExperience managing high-value, multi-trade construction schemes across multiple sitesStrong organisational and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approachStrong IT skills, including MS Project, Excel, and OutlookRelevant qualifications in construction or project managementSMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid ()Willingness to travel and stay away as requiredWhat’s on Offer
