The ideal candidate will have a natural flare for being organised and thrive in a collaborative environment!Responsibilities:-Support overseas purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders and tracking confirmations-Liaise with overseas suppliers to monitor production progress and agreed lead times-Track container movements from factory dispatch through to UK arrival-Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and UK transport providers-Monitor ETDs, ETAs, vessel schedules, and port updates, escalating delays where required-Ensure all import documentation is correctly prepared and filed-Support customs clearance processes in conjunction with freight partners-Assist with planning, booking slots, and warehouse delivery scheduling-Update ERP systems with accurate order, shipment, and stock dataCandidate Attributes:-Organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment -Excellent attention to detail-Willingness to support hands-on operational and warehouse activities as required-Positive ''can do'' attitude Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5pm Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits package including- ..... full job details .....
