Key Accounts Manager Location: Central UK / Home Counties / London Hybrid £40,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Car We re recruiting for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join a growing specialist environmental services business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and taking ownership of a portfolio of key accounts. The Role as a Key Account Manager: Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers Act as the main point of contact for commercial and service discussions Identify opportunities to grow revenue and increase account value Develop and deliver annual account development plans Drive upselling and cross-selling across the wider service offering Prepare and deliver monthly client performance presentations Lead quarterly and annual business reviews Monitor account performance against agreed KPIs Resolve client issues quickly and professionally Work closely with Operations, Service and Technical teams Ensure services are delivered in line with client expectations and contracts Gather client feedback and identify service improvements Produce monthly and quarterly account performance reports Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and account information Monitor retention, satisfaction and portfolio growth Identify trends and new opportunities within existing accounts Support the wider sales strategy and ..... full job details .....
