We''re working with secondary schools across Corby who are seeking enthusiastic, confident individuals to take on full-time roles as Unqualified Teachers from September 2025. This is a great opportunity for graduates, school-based support staff, youth workers, or coaches who are exploring a career in education.

In this role, you''ll be responsible for delivering lessons planned by teaching staff, managing student behaviour, and supporting learners in a classroom environment. While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) isn''t required, experience working with young people in some capacity is essential.

Your Role Will Include:

• Leading lessons using resources provided by the school across KS3 and KS4

• Creating a positive, well-managed classroom atmosphere

• Encouraging student participation and engagement with learning

• Offering guidance and support to students throughout the school day

• Communicating effectively with teaching teams and reporting key observations

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Have experience working with young people in education, youth work, sports coaching, or similar settings

• Feel confident managing classroom routines and behaviour

• Be strong communicators, approachable and adaptable

• Show reliability, professionalism, and a genuine interest in supporting students

• Be open to pursuing a career in teaching or gaining experience ahead of teacher training
