Role overview: The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Commercial Disputes team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-calibre litigation environment, working alongside a team known for its strategic approach and collaborative culture. Key responsibilities: Supporting complex commercial litigation matters Preparing court bundles and assisting with trial preparation Drafting correspondence and legal documentation Liaising with clients and counsel Assisting with disclosure and case management tasks Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum 2.1 degree and prior experience in litigation. Exposure to commercial disputes is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset are essential.
