Key Responsibilities

  Deliver high-quality, engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5 teaching

  Develop and implement an innovative, inclusive Drama curriculum that fosters creativity, confidence, and resilience

• 
  

  Lead school productions, drama clubs, and extracurricular activities to enrich student experience and showcase talent

• 
  

  Create a supportive, stimulating learning environment where every student can explore and develop their dramatic skills

  Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the arts department to promote excellence and share best practice

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• 
  

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it

• 
  

  A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a closely related subject

• 
  

  Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students of all abilities

• 
  

  Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills

• 
  

  A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development
