Senior Sales and Lettings Valuer (Full Lifecycle)
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned property professional who loves the variety of the industry. You won''t just be "dropping leaflets" and moving on; you will be responsible for the entire journey: from the initial valuation pitch to the final negotiation.You will be the face of our Kingston office, managing a high-end portfolio and ensuring that every instruction you win is backed by a clinical execution of viewings and expert negotiation.Key ResponsibilitiesValuations and Listings: Conduct expert market appraisals for both Sales and Lettings, converting leads into signed instructions.Strategic Viewings: Lead high-quality viewings, using your deep knowledge of Kingston''s riverside and North Kingston school catchments to "sell" the lifestyle.Dual Negotiations: Handle complex negotiations for both property sales (chain management) and tenancies (referencing and premium rent yields).Deal Progression: Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other agents to ensure sales reach completion and tenancies begin on time.Market Insight: Use 2026 data analytics to provide weekly "Market Health" updates to your clients, ensuring properties remain competitively priced.What We''re Looking ForFull-Cycle Experience: Minimum 3 years in Estate Agency with a proven track record in both Valuations and high-volume Negotiations.Versatility: The ability to switch from a £1.5m Sales valuation in the morning to a studio flat Lettings viewing in the afternoon.Closing Ability: A natural closer ..... full job details .....
