Composite Trimmer

Start: Immediate

• Trimming and finishing carbon fibre and composite components.
• Working from drawings, templates and trim specifications.
• Using hand and power tools to achieve accurate component dimensions.
• Drilling, cutting, sanding and finishing composite parts.
• Carrying out visual and dimensional quality checks.
• Working closely with laminators and production/engineering teams.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and workshop safety.

• Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer / Composite Technician.
• Ideally 3-5+ years'' experience within automotive, motorsport or a similar high-performance manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience working with carbon fibre composites.
• Confident using composite trimming and finishing tools.
• Able to work accurately to drawings and specifications.
