About the role We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Cam site, near Dursley in Gloucestershire, as a Maintenance Engineer. Cam is the regional centre for Acacia Gum with different applications food as pastry improver, elasticity, freeze-thaw, moisture control, Ice cream stabilizer, shelf-life extension, texture systems, coatings and fibre enrichment. This is a shift-based position, on a 3-week rota, covering shifts between 6am and 10pm. There is also an on-call rota, covering 16 weeks per annum. As part of the Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for providing engineering support for the Cam Site, ensuring operations can continue effectively. What you''ll be doing Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs to plant and equipment in the event of any fault or breakdown and as part of the site PPM system.
