Purchase Ledger Assistant (Temporary - Approx. 4 Weeks)Location: Pershore Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Pay Rate: 13.00 - 14.50 per hour (weekly pay) + holiday pay Start: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to support a busy finance team on a temporary assignment for approximately 4 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.You''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate running of the purchase ledger function, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything on track.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately process high volumes of supplier invoicesMatch invoices to purchase orders and goods receivedInvestigate and resolve invoice queries with suppliers and internal teamsMaintain up-to-date and accurate supplier account recordsAssist with supplier statement reconciliations and discrepancy resolutionSupport preparation of supplier payment runsMonitor aged creditor balances and flag any issuesProvide support with month-end processes, including accruals and cut-offMaintain organised and compliant financial recordsWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable roleStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyGood understanding of financial processes and controlsConfident using Excel and finance systemsExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload ..... full job details .....
