Salary:--28,000
Hours:-Monday-Friday, 8.00 - 4.30 (37.5 hour week)

I''m recruiting for a Trainee Production Technician to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business, supporting production operations and helping to investigate and resolve issues as they arise.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within engineering and manufacturing. Previous experience is helpful, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are far more important.

What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day production activities
• Investigating and helping resolve manufacturing issues
• Working with engineers and production teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Following work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Learning technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
• Using computer system to record and track information
