Description

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email.
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Logging and updating customer details in the system.
• Escalating more complex issues to the relevant team or department.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks related to customer service.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in handling customer queries.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
• Can commit to a temp to perm opportunity.
