Business Development Manager - Defence, Military and Government

A Business Development Manager, based anywhere in the UK, who has a background working with the Defence or Government sectors is needed to lead sales efforts for secure shielded room solutions, focusing on defence, governmental, police, and critical national infrastructure markets. As the global threat landscape continues to evolve there is an ever-growing demand from defence and governments to protect information, secure communications and in-house critical infrastructure, protecting people and assets from malicious third parties. This role is home-based, with frequent travel required to visit clients, suppliers, and company offices, driving new business opportunities while managing and developing existing client relationships. A strong understanding of the defence, governmental, and security sectors, combined with a proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships, is essential to ensure you hit the ground running.Key Responsibilities: Drive proactive sales across the UK and mainland Europe. Identify and convert new sales opportunities within target sectors. Develop and maintain key account plans for strategic customers. Conduct customer and prospect visits to promote secure room solutions. Build a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.
