This is a significant executive-level appointment, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take strategic responsibility for housing, property services, asset management, building safety, compliance and health and safety across the organisation. Sitting as a key member of the Executive Management Team and reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will provide senior leadership and assurance across the organisation''s existing homes and property portfolio. You will ensure homes remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and managed to a consistently high standard for residents.
