The successful candidate will: Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completionHandle freehold and leasehold transactions, sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equityBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsContribute to the continued development of the property offering locallyThe firm has built its reputation on service quality and repeat business, not volume factory work.
