Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of residential property transactions under supervision, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesAssisting fee earners with all stages of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion and post-completionDrafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentationConducting searches and reviewing title documentsLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitorsHandling exchange of contracts and completionsManaging post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date file records in accordance with compliance requirements About You Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essentialStrong understanding of the conveyancing processExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectivelyConfident communicator with strong client care skillsProficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office What We Offer ..... full job details .....
