Requirements: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is desirable.A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A genuine passion for working with children.Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
