• Join a specialist Children team handling complex public and private law children matters.
• Represent children, parents and family members in care proceedings and private law childcare cases, with adoption experience advantageous.
• You will undertake advocacy where required and manage sensitive and complex cases with a strong focus on client care.
• Support and supervise junior fee earners while contributing to team training, knowledge sharing and development.
• Play an active role in raising the department's profile through networking, training and other business development initiatives.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 6+ years’ PQE and significant experience in public law children work. Law Society Children Panel accreditation is highly advantageous.
• You will possess excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills, together with empathy, resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
